A SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Ten offshore race skippers have chosen to carry a LibertyKite® wing on board their boats to ensure their safety in the event of a mast failure during races such as the Vendée Globe, the Golden Globe Race, or the Route du Rhum. These sailors wanted to be prepared for a potential mast failure.
The LibertyKite® wing serves as a safety element on a motorboat. In the event of a breakdown on the boat, and weather conditions permitting, the wing can assist the navigator in returning to the shore.
Furthermore, the LibertyKite makes you visible and detectable by other boats and potentially by rescue services.

Les ailes de Mada
We donate former prototypes of our traction wings to the association. Les Voiles de Mada gives them a second life by entrusting them to Malagasy fishermen who use them to propel their canoes, after these wings have been adapted as part of the “Hand in Hand around the World” operation.
Echo Mer
We donate former prototypes of our traction wings to the association. Echo Mer has them transformed by employees of a ESAT (social assistance through work facility) into various items made from fabric (bags, cardholders, wallets, etc.). The sale of these items allows Echo Mer to continue its environmental education initiatives.
