This site enables us to receive orders from our customers and the data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a <span class=\"glossary-tooltips\" data-definition=\"fichier\"><br \/>\n  <span class=\"glossary-tooltips-title\">file.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span> file.<\/p>\n<p>This file allows you to :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage orders, payment and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out marketing operations (loyalty, promotions) and send advertising by e-mail to our customers who have not objected or who have agreed to this:\n<ul>\n<li>On products similar to those they have ordered.<\/li>\n<li>On other products offered by the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Legal basis for processing<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"nomarker\">Order processing: the <span class=\"glossary-tooltips\" data-definition=\"base l\u00e9gale\"><br \/>\n  <span class=\"glossary-tooltips-title\">legal basis<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span> of processing is the performance of a contract (Cf. article 6.1.b) of the European Data Protection Regulation).<\/li>\n<li>Sending commercial solicitations by e-mail on products similar to those ordered by customers: the legal basis for processing is the company&#8217;s legitimate interest (Cf. article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation), namely to promote our products to our customers.<\/li>\n<li class=\"nomarker\">Sending of commercial solicitations by e-mail about other products offered by Oc\u00e9a: the legal basis for processing is consent. <span class=\"glossary-tooltips\" data-definition=\"consentement\"><br \/>\n  <span class=\"glossary-tooltips-title\">consent<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span> (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation), as required by article L. 34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code.<\/li>\n<li>Bookkeeping involving data retention for a period of 10 years: the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation (Cf. article 6.1.c of the European Data Protection Regulation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data categories<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"nomarker\">Identity: title, surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, internal processing code enabling customer identification, data relating to registration on <span class=\"glossary-tooltips\" data-definition=\"listes d\u2019opposition\"><br \/>\n  <span class=\"glossary-tooltips-title\">opposition lists<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Order data: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amounts, invoice payment data (payments, overdue payments, discounts), product returns.<\/li>\n<li>Payment details: credit card number, expiry date, visual cryptogram (which is immediately deleted).<\/li>\n<li>Data required for loyalty and prospecting campaigns: purchase history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data recipients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oc\u00e9a&#8217;s customer and billing departments are the recipients of all categories of data.<\/li>\n<li>Our subcontractors, who are responsible for delivering our orders, receive the identity, address and telephone number of our customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data retention period<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Data required for order management and invoicing: for the duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years for accounting purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Data required for loyalty campaigns and canvassing: for the duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Payment details: these details are not stored by Oc\u00e9a; they are collected at the time of the transaction and are immediately deleted once the purchase has been settled.<\/li>\n<li>Data concerning opt-out lists<strong>:<\/strong> three (3) years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your rights<\/h3>\n<p>If you do not wish to receive any further advertising from Oc\u00e9a (exercise of the <span class=\"glossary-tooltips\" data-definition=\"droit d\u2019opposition\"><br \/>\n  <span class=\"glossary-tooltips-title\">right of opposition<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span> or withdrawal of consent already given), <strong><br \/>\n  <u>please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:libertykite@beyond-the-sea.fr\">libertykite@beyond-the-sea.fr<\/a><\/u><br \/>\n<\/strong><em>).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>You can access, rectify or delete your personal data.
